Adam Morson

Chief Financial Officer

As Trinity Cyber’s Chief Financial Officer, Adam is responsible for leading the company’s finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in accounting compliance, financial reporting and analysis, as well as forecast modeling. His background includes more than two decades leading finance and accounting operations for companies in the software and SaaS industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. His experience includes comprehensive expertise with start-up, equity raise, debt, subsidiary (including Australia), acquisition, and exit strategies. Over the course of his career, he has been part of successful exits for three emerging growth technology companies.

Prior to joining Trinity Cyber, Adam worked at ScienceLogic, an AIOPS software company. He joined ScienceLogic in 2010 and during his tenure, served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Vice President of Finance and Controller. At ScienceLogic, he helped scale the company from $1M in ARR to well north of $100M, while growing the Finance team from two to fifteen. In late 2020, Adam served as CFO of SaaSOptics (now Maxio), where he co-led the effort to secure a growth-equity investment in April 2021 from Battery Ventures, resulting in an incredibly successful exit for both the employees and shareholders.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Franciscan University. He is a member of the Maryland Association of CPAs and was recognized in the Rising Star Class of 2019 Honorees by the Northern Virginia Tech Council (NVTC) in conjunction with the Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, running, and golf.
