Healthcare

Employees receive a traditional medical plan through UnitedHealthcare with zero deductible for in-network care. Our coverage extends nationwide, including a broad network of providers and facilities. Dental and vision plans also offer full out-of-network coverage for basic services.

Time Away From Work

We believe in a healthy work-life balance. Employees start with two weeks of vacation time, increasing to three weeks after one year. We observe all federal holidays, plus the day after Thanksgiving, and offer unlimited sick leave, parental leave, a personal day of your choice, and an additional day to support a favorite charity.

Income Protection

All employees receive employer-paid life insurance coverage of $100,000 along with short-term and long-term disability coverage that replaces 60% of income if needed.

Training & Development

We invest in our employees' success with opportunities to maintain real-time skill sets and prepare for future growth—both individually and as a company.

401(k) Plan

We help employees plan for the future with both pre-tax and Roth 401(k) options. Our company matches 100% of the first 3% contributed and 50% of the next 2%, with immediate vesting. Employees have access to a diverse range of investment options, including five Model Portfolios, ten T. Rowe Price Target Date Funds, and 21 individual Mutual Funds.
